I always seem to get the same meal when I come to Boston Market. Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and we can't forget about their famous cornbread. I didn't go in, but Chris had to wait a while to get our to-gos. It wasn't enough staff for a Friday night and some customers were starting to get impatient in line. Luckily, we got our food in a decent amount of time and it won't stop us from coming here again. There isn't a doubt that we always end up getting full from our delicious meals from here.

My family used to get food here. It's a standard Boston Market. The sweet potato thing is really good. Everything else is decent. It fills you up for a good price.
Great rotisserie chicken and sides. MASHED sweet potatoes and mac and cheese are our family favorites. Try the Chicken pot pies and the corn bread.

I have been to Boston Market over 100 times for lunch and this was the first time I was at this location and it is pretty typical of all the others. I am a big fan of their rotisserie chicken, awesome sides, and corn bread. The prices and quality are very good for lunch or dinner. I decided to try the St Louis Style BBQ ribs today as they were heavily promoting them, but unfortunately, they did NOT hit the spot. The ribs were only 3 to an order and the cost was $7.99 for only the ribs. I might be able to justify the price if they were awesome, but I found the ribs reminded me of the cafeteria style ribs they served at school - hard to cut with a knife, rubbery, and lacking in taste. Fall off the bone, these are not. So, I will ONLY recommend the chicken here and advise you to skip the ribs.

For "fast food" this is a good choice... Well better than fries and a burger. Their chicken is only meat I've had so I can't speak to the ribs or meatloaf. They have plenty sides to choose from... My faves are Mac and cheese and veggies (which are hit or miss.. Sometimes it's overcooked sometimes too undercooked). They don't have rice which I would love to have sometimes. If you decide to dine in.. They will serve it on plates, bring the food right to you and take the plates away. I didn't know that the first time so it was weird but kinda nice at the same time. I felt very weird leaving the plates when I was done so I did bring it to someone. Nice change if you don't feel to cook and want something hot to eat

Boston Market is decent for what it is and my favorite part is you can put together a healthy meal, an in between meal, or a comforting meal of goodness (read, not so good for you). The chicken is always juicy with a nice flavor to the skin. I typically stick to either a 1/4 or 1/2 chicken meal with green beans and the creamed spinach. The creamed spinach is just great, no clue what they put in there but I really dig it. When I feel like going sideways with my meal, I LOVE their mashed potatoes and gravy. This is a great choice for a quick and inexpensive meal that you can tailor to your dietary needs.

The service I just received was the worst. I placed an order online and it was supposed to be ready at 8:45. I arrived at 8:50. When I walked up to the register I was completely ignored. After a few mins a female approached me. She asked what I needed and I told her I placed an order online. She looked at the computer and said it wasn't working. I offered to show her receipt of the order and she basically ignored it. She then blurted that she was "off the clock" but she'd help me. I repeated my order several times and she proceeded to tell me one of the items I wanted was not available. I made a substitution. She literally slapped the food into the plate. It was so half done that the top wasn't even closed completely. This was the worst service I've had in a while. I won't be returning here.

Never ever buy the $94.99 Thanksgiving Holiday Meal for 12 at this Boston Market. In typical Boston Market fashion, they sold too many of these and (even though we pre paid) the pick up process was an hour wait in line!! Right there that would be enough to NEVER return. The food was typical Boston Market (not any better than their everyday menu). Bottom line high prices + hour wait = never again.

I used to love going to Boston Market but the food isn't as good as it used to be... Since having my Wisdom Teeth Removed I have been craving everyday Mashed Potatoes and Gravy and I think I have gained 5lbs lol.. Boston Market does have some of the best but they aren't as good, I think they changed the Gravy or Something.... I mean its still good and but I miss the old way... ; ( And I miss the other location in Boynton Beach that 1 was alot cleaner then this 1... But as long as they make Mashed Potatoes and Gravy I will still come here lol I just wish I could eat a Boston Carver 1 day I will be able to again... lol

I give this location 4 stars mostly on the fact of them staying open late (11 p.m) on weekends. In the city of boynton beach, there are very few options besides fast food after 9 p.m. With that being said, my fiancée and I frequent this location often on the weekends and the food has always been consistent and quality. The service leaves something to be desired, often the staff seems overwhelmed or tired. But, the food is good and that's what I mostly care about.
